Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month is officially underway! A few days ago we told you about the exciting kick off event going on in Austin, TX called Voices Erupt! Riot the Silence 2 End Dating Violence put on by Start Strong Austin. We had the opportunity to attend this amazing event and show our support. We are proud to be featured as a partner for Break the Cycle’s Have a Heart Campaign! The campaign urges everyone to “have a heart” and speak out against teen dating violence in order to make a difference during Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month. They are urging everyone to take part from teens to teachers to elected officials. Their website has a lot of great resources and information so be sure to check it out. They also have really cool heart images you can print out and wear on your sleeve to support the cause.

We are less than two weeks away from Teen Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Month! That’s right you heard right, this year instead of dedicating the first week of February to the cause, we will be spreading awareness all month long.
